Refund Policy

We do not accept returns as all products are handmade and customized for every customer. However, we understand that these pieces are very sentimental and important, so if you do have an issue with your product(s), please submit a Replacement Request.

Refunds (if applicable)

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you need to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by submitting a complaint and providing pictures of the item. Once we"ve reviewed your case, we will determine if your order is eligible for a replacement or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Eternal Memory will confirm the delivery to the address provided. If it"s clear your shipment wasn"t delivered to you, we will re-manufacture your order and ship it again. In case your provided address was incorrect then unfortunately we cannot resend a new item.
